一、名词的单复数：
1。规则的+s
2. 以-s, -x, -sh, -ch结尾的+es
3. 以-y 结尾的 y 前面是辅音字母，变y为i+es
y 前面是元音字母，+s
4. 以f或fe结尾的 改f或fe 为v+es 如leaf----leaves knife---knives
5. 单复数同形： Chinese, Japanese, sheep, deer,
6. 集体名词： people, police (作复数用)
7. 不规则变化： tomato----tomatoes potato------potatoes
man----men woman----women
8. 复合名词：一般的把最后一个名词变为复数形式，
如 apple tree----apple trees
如果复合名词中有man 或 woman 则要把man 和woman 也改成复数形式，如 man teacher-----men teachers, woman clerk----women clerks
9. 不可数名词作单数用
二、 动词的第三人称单数
1. 规则的，在动词后+s, 如，like----likes
2. 以-s, -x, -sh, -ch结尾的+es 如，watch----watches
3. 不规则变化：如 go----goes, do-----does, have----has

三、 否定句的改法
1. 有be动词（is, am, are）的，直接在后加not
2. 有情态动词（can, may, must）的，直接在后加not
除此以外在实义动词前加助动词（don’t, doesn’t）

四、 一般疑问句的改法
1. 有be动词（is, am, are）的，直接把be 动词放句首
2. 有情态动词（can, may, must）的，直接把情态动词放句首
除此以外在句首加助动词（do, does）
