教学内容:
1、 Adjective: big, small, tall, short, (long)
2、 句型:It has… (It’s so….)
教学目标:
1、能听懂会用形容词:big, small, tall, short, long
2、能听懂、会用一些含有形容词的句子,并能在实际情景中正确运用
如:It’s big. It has a long nose. It has big ears.etc.
3、培养学生的观察力,挖掘学生运用语言的创造能力。
教学重点:能听懂会用big, small, tall, short. Long及句型It has….
教学难点:通过学习能在自然情景中正确运用,并能简单描述动物。
教具准备:CAI课件、“two heads”、“two noses”
教学过程:
Step 1 Warm-up
Sing a song “Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes”
Step 2 Presentation
1、big and small
T: Boys and girls, show me your hands, please?
a.通过老师与学生比较hand, head的大小引出big, small并通过操练使学生真切的感知big、small.
T: Now, let’s go to the zoo and meet some “friend”. Listen! Who’s coming?
b.呈现elephant和mouse,巩固big, small,理解It’s so big/small.
c.一一呈现大头儿子和小头爸爸的头像,再次感知big, small.
2、tall、short
a.将大头儿子和小头爸爸的头像贴到黑板上,通过简笔画使学生感知tall、shot.
T: Oh, Look! The father is tall.(Repeat).
Is he tall? (Point at the “big head son”)
Ss: No.
T: He’s not tall. He’s short.(Repeat)
b.通过师与生、生与生比较的方法更自然真切地认识tall 与short,并得以巩固。
c.媒体呈现giraffe、dear(giraffe、dear要求会听、说),通过明显地视觉反差巩固tall、short。
3、Game 1:
Make yourself tall\short\big\small.etc.
4、Teach “long”, “It has….”
a. Show out a long nose and ask “What’s this?” (A nose.) “Is it short?” (No.) “ Is it long?” (Yes.)(教师辅以手势) “This nose is---long.(repeat) This is---a long nose. Now, Miss Hang has---a long nose.”(将长鼻子放到某些同学的鼻子上作进一步巩固,使学生会运用XXX has a long nose. 为下面的教学做铺垫。)
b. 用同样的方法引出a short nose.
c. (CAI)Look at the elephant.(Point to the nose and have the Ss answer.) 然后引出It has a long nose.
d. 同样引出It has big ears.
Step 3 Practice
T: Ok, we all love animals, I think. Now, let’s meet our old friends.
1、(CAI)呈现具有明显特征的动物图片,操练“It has….”
2、“Toy box”
三人一组,从toy box 中选择一个自己喜欢的toy进行描述,然后选若干组,呈现他们的描述,
3、Game 2: Look and say, listen and draw
教师准备好1~2幅简单的怪物图画,请学生看着图片用It has….进行描述,同时请2位学生到黑板上比一比谁画得像。
